With over 30 years of experience in SSES and stormwater evaluations, Joshua T. Hardy, P.E., brings unmatched technical knowledge and leadership to CES’s projects. As CES President, he is actively involved in day-to-day operations and provides guidance to managers and field crews. Josh’s project responsibilities include overseeing data management, QA/QC, and offering project support through every phase.

Josh has extensive expertise in evaluation methods such as flow monitoring, CCTV inspection, 360-degree inspections, difficult-to-access evaluations, smoke testing, high-pressure cleaning, dye flood testing, manhole inspections, GPS mapping, and rehabilitation recommendations. He is proficient in PACP/LACP/MACP standards and ensures data management deliverables are of the highest quality.
