CEO Brad Dutruch is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC (CES). He brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of sewer and stormwater evaluation techniques, including CCTV, high-pressure cleaning, dye testing, smoke testing, manhole inspections, flow monitoring, and off-road inspections, to name a few. 

Having provided overall logistics and coordination of field efforts for many Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES) programs throughout the United States, Brad has gained invaluable experience in all areas of wastewater and stormwater system evaluation.

As an officer of CES, Brad is dedicated to assisting clients in front-end development of projects, technical assistance, and management of all aspects of sewer evaluation.
