CES Cleans Stormwater Drains on Crescent City Connection

CES Cleans Stormwater Drains on Crescent City Connection in New Orleans, LA

LADOTD closed US 90 Business, the HOV lanes, and ramps on the Crescent City Connection (CCC) bridge on Saturday, July 28 for CES to clean drop inlets (a form of a stormwater catch basin drain). The CCC is the broadest and most heavily trafficked bridge over the lower Mississippi River. CES had five crews working, and cleaned 217 drain pipes. The cleaning of these catch basins will help to alleviate flash flooding during heavy rains and keep drivers safe.

Check out the crew’s view below!

CES operates one of the largest fleets of High-Pressure Cleaning/Vacuum trucks in the United States.  These combination trucks are large vehicles designed to clean the interior of pipe systems and vacuum the retrieved debris from an access structure. Contact CES for a quote here.
