CES’s data management center reviews ALL field data before sending to a client, ensuring high quality, error-free data that can be used immediately for rehab purposes. In addition to this, all data is cloud-based and ready to be accessed by a client at any time in the future.

Before beginning a job, a representative of our data management staff meets with the client to ensure everyone approaches the project with the same goals and expectations. This meeting enables CES to provide the client with the information they need as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Data management provides the final quality control check on the information collected in the field. Employees perform organized and thorough data handling and evaluation, resulting in easy-to-read information reports. These reports then become an essential tool in the client’s rehabilitation process. As a part of the data management team, all employees possess a working knowledge of multiple data collection and storage applications and defect coding systems.
