Meet Our Louisiana Account Executive

Josh Graham has been with CES since 2009 and is responsible for business development and client management for Louisiana and Texas. He is experienced in all aspects of sanitary sewer asset management and condition assessment, cross bore locating surveys, pipeline rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, disaster recovery, and more.

During his tenure at CES, Josh has been directly responsible for overseeing the successful completion of over 500 projects. Josh is dedicated to assisting clients in front end development of projects, technical assistance, and management of all aspects of sewer evaluation.
