2018 CES Crawfish Competition

CES 5th Annual Crawfish Cook-Off

On Friday, April 20th, Compliance EnviroSystems’ (CES) corporate office enjoyed the CES 5th Annual Crawfish Cook-Off! This year’s event brought nine teams together to boil 520 pounds of crawfish for more than 100 guests and employees.

The best crawfish was determined by a panel of judges who voted placing Josh Hardy first, Ryan Cefalu second and Clint Spriggs third.

Congratulations to those three and a big round of applause for all those who competed!
