Meet Our VP of Business Development

David Guillory has more than 15 years of experience in municipal infrastructure; specifically wastewater and solid waste. He manages client development for CES across the United States.  Including contract negotiations, pricing, governmental affairs, and lobbying. David is a registered engineer in Louisiana, Alabama & Tennessee. He has been honored with numerous awards including the Baton Rouge Business Report’s Top Forty Under 40 and frequently presents technical papers and presentations on the topics of inflow and infiltration (I&I) and trenchless technology.
