 Mr. Cefalu’s responsibilities at CES include project data management, managing and tracking field activities, project planning, production tracking, invoicing, operational systems development, historical data archiving, as well as actively participating in policy development and enforcement.
Mr. Cefalu has seven years of experience in many aspects of sewer evaluations techniques including: smoke testing, manhole inspections, all aspects of flow monitoring, closed circuit television, high pressure cleaning, dye flooding, and data management, and is proficient in all aspects of sanitary sewer and storm sewer evaluation.
Mr. Cefalu has assisted in supervising the management efforts of over 5,000,000 linear feet of field related data. He is experienced using Microsoft
Access, Microsoft Excel, Flow Link, and various mapping applications. Mr. Cefalu’s extensive knowledge of field techniques and data management plays a valuable role in Compliance EnviroSystems’ ability to perform thorough sewer system evaluations. |
