Mr. Hardy’s responsibilities at CES include project management training, flow monitoring coordination and reporting, and on-site Project Management for various CSES and SSES projects.

Mr. Hardy has extensive knowledge of Closed Circuit Television, high-pressure line cleaning, smoke testing, flow monitoring, dye flood inspection, night flow isolation and manhole physical inspection. During his tenor with CES Mr. Hardy has managed New Orleans CSES projects totaling more than 5,000,000 feet. While working on the City of Baton Rouge Asset Management Program, Mr. Hardy was instrumental in the production of the City’s Preventive Maintenance Plan. Other duties on the Asset Management Program include maintenance and troubleshooting of the city’s 40 flow monitors and rain gauges including meters from ISCO, ADS, Sigma, and MGD.

He has worked on a number of additional flow studies throughout the Southeastern US. He provides overall direction to all flow monitoring studies company-wide. Mr. Hardy has extensive knowledge of all aspects of data management including defect coding, data entry, and rehabilitation recommendations. He’s developed CES’s internal procedures document for all field services and project manager training.
