 Mr. Horne is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Environmental Management Systems and a Minor in Chemistry. Mr. Horne’s duties at Compliance EnviroSystems (CES) include managing and tracking all field activities. He is responsible for policy development, contract administration, project planning and coordination, scheduling, production tracking and invoicing. Mr. Horne is proficient in all aspects of sewer evaluations techniques including closed circuit television, high pressure cleaning, smoke testing, manhole inspections, dye flooding, flow isolations and data management.
Mr. Horne has supervised the management efforts of over 6,000,000 linear feet of field related data with experience using Microsoft Access, Corel Draw, Imagineer, Hansen, GeoMedia and Arc-View software applications. He has also
assisted in flow monitoring operations. He has aided in meter installation, calibration, data collection, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He has experience with ADS, Sigma, and ADFM flow meters and related software. Mr. Horne has experience using Microsoft Projects and Primavera Expedition for overall project coordination. Mr. Horne’s organization of project systems and knowledge of field techniques is an important element in the ability of CES to perform sewer evaluations. |
