 Mr. Dutruch is responsible for project management, project estimation, material management and safety coordination for all Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC (CES) projects. He brings twelve years of experience in all aspects of sewer and storm water evaluation techniques including closed circuit television inspection, high pressure cleaning, smoke testing, manhole inspections, dye flooding, night flow isolations, and mini-camera inspections.
Mr. Dutruch has provided overall logistics and coordination of field efforts for many Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES) programs throughout the Southeastern United States. In performing the duties, Mr. Dutruch gained invaluable experience in all areas of wastewater and storm water system evaluation. Mr. Dutruch currently serves on the NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) Board of Directors.
NASSCO sets the industry standard for the rehabilitation of underground utilities. Mr. Dutruch is also a certified trainer for NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP). PACP has become of paramount importance for the worldwide rehabilitation industry to ascertain critical information regarding the underground infrastructure. |
